I was born in Heston, Middlesex in a very cold January back in 1971 to Albert and Patricia Davis.  I am currently living in Godalming, Surrey, with my fiancé Steve, our daughter Amber and three cats.

I have been researching my family history since 2004 and my intention has always been to not merely build my family tree but also to learn as much as possible about the history of my family and descendants.  I hope in time to visit all the locations where my ancestors lived and worked.  This is not by far envisaged to be a short project but one that I feel could well be ongoing for many years to come.
